Harry Pforzheimer, one-time global leader of Edelman’s global technology offering, is now VP-international marketing & communications at CloudMinds Technology.
He leads the marketing, brand, communications and reputation teams at the Santa Clara-based company that is a pioneer in cloud artificial intelligence architecture.
Originally bankrolled by SoftBank, CloudMinds has commercialized an end-to-end AI robotic system that is being used in various industries.
Most recently, Pforzheimer was running his own executive consulting business.
Earlier, he held chief communications officer jobs at Cypress Semiconductor, Symantec and Intuit.
Pforzheimer did a six-year stint ('98-04) at Edelman, which he joined from Weber Group, where he was executive VP at western region PR leader.
Laura Anderson, who rose to VP/GM of global communications and events in a nearly 20 year stint at Intel, will take on the Americas technology chair at Burson following the completion of the BCW and H+K merger on July 1.
