Streetsense, a global experience-focused strategy and design group, has named Zachary Tindall managing director, west coast. Tindall comes to Streetsense from Edelman, where he most recently served as executive vice president, digital group head. He managed an integrated marketing team of more than 50 specialists that included client services, content strategists, data scientists, creatives, paid media experts and influencer marketers. Before coming to Edelman, he was vice president, group manager at Ketchum. Tindall will lead Streetsense’s West Coast operation to expand and create new offerings for clients.

The Conference Board, a member-driven think tank, has brought on Chiqui Cartagena as chief marketing officer and leader of its marketing & communications center. Cartagena comes to The Conference Board from Univision Communications Inc., where she was most recently senior vice president, working with political candidates and advocacy organizations interested in reaching Hispanics across all political parties and affiliations. She was previously senior vice president of business development at Story Worldwide and managing director of integrated marketing at Meredith Corporation. Cartagena has also served as executive editor at TV Guide, senior editor at Time Warner, and executive producer at Telemundo News in New York.

Omnicom Public Relations Group has appointed Erin Lanuti chief innovation officer. Lanuti come to OPRG from Publicis, where she was most recently global performance solutions officer of the holding company’s Performics performance marketing agency. She also worked its MSLGROUP, where she developed and scaled globally a suite of global performance marketing solutions. At OPRG, Lanuti will be responsible for digital innovation and product development, working closely with all agencies to scale and build performance-driven offerings in areas such as social media, content marketing, creative, influencer marketing, media relations, SEO and ecommerce.
Caryn Caratelli |
G&S Business Communications has elected Raleigh, NC-based senior vps Caryn Caratelli and Stephanie Moore shareholders, with concurrent promotions to managing director. Caratelli joined G&S in 1999 and has counseled clients across diverse industries including agriculture, advanced manufacturing and building materials. She is also responsible for developing the agency’s digital and social strategy team. In addition to overseeing public relations and marketing communications programs, Moore is focused on employee development, recently playing a key role in helping to launch a performance management and learning platform for G&S.
