Hill+Knowlton Strategies has promoted Maria Kuzkina to CEO of PBN H+K, which serves clients in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries of the former Soviet Union. Kuzkina has served has served as managing director for Russia since the PBN Company merged with H+K in 2012. In addition to leading integrated communications for such clients as IKEA, Facebook, and Lexus, she has been responsible for strategy, financial performance and recruitment and retention of senior staff. Kuzkina succeeds Myron Wasylyk, who had been CEO since 2014.

Amendola Communications, a healthcare and health IT public relations and marketing agency, has promoted Marcia Rhodes to vice president. Rhodes, who joined the agency in 2013 as regional managing director, most recently served as national managing director. Before coming to Amendola, she was head of public relations at WorldatWork, principal at MGL Communications and also held executive positions at Six Sigma Academy and Accenture. Rhodes will continue to lead many of Amendola's client accounts, conduct media training and continue to build out the agency’s operational and human resources infrastructure.

Signal Group has named Charles Cooper managing director and chair of the firm’s advocacy group. Elizabeth Northrup and John Procter have been named managing directors and co-chairs of Signal’s communications group. All three were previously executive vice presidents at the firm. Cooper has also served as chief of staff for former Rep. Adam Putnam (R-FL) and policy director for the House Republican Conference. Northrup has served as senior vice president, public affairs at Hill & Knowlton and Procter has been a senior vice president at Gilbraltar Associates.
