GCI Health has formed a partnership with The Mighty, an online health platform with an engaged community of patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. GCI will analyze findings from a recent survey conducted by The Mighty, with the goal of better understanding the changing needs of people seeking healthcare. The project is part of what GCI is calling “People Centricity,” a new methodology that aims to combine business-based principles of customer centricity with the value-based tenets of patient centricity. CGI Health CEO Wendy Lund said that the new partnership is intended to help the agency “better understand the patient and caregiver mindsets and develop effective strategies the help our clients break through with their stories in an authentic way.

Karbo Communications has opened a dedicated creative division. The Karbo Communications Content Studio offers a range of more than 50 creative services, including social media management, branding, writing, design, photography and video production. Among the bundled offerings available to clients are a thought leadership package, events-focused package, and a package designed to support company and product launches. The content studio is led by Courtney Stack, who joined Karbo Com in January as head of content and digital marketing. Stack has produced content for such brands as Airbnb, WIRED, TIBCO, Logitech and ProPublica. Projects include a video highlighting one client’s integral work on “Gemini Man,” a forthcoming film by director Ang Lee and a digital advertising campaign for the patented singing app Harmony Helper.
