W2O has acquired ISO.Health, a London-based scientific and medical communications firm, in the aftermath of the October addition of Philadelphia–headquartered Arcus Medica.
Founded by Suzanne Jacobs, Oli Burnham and Isabel Gibson—veterans of London's Nyxeon healthcare PR firm, ISO offers messaging, strategy, stakeholder mapping, opinion leader, event management and publications services to pharmaceuticals, biotech and life sciences clients.
Jim Weiss, founder/CEO of W2O, said ISO is "exceptionally capable at translating often highly complex data into insightful, effective language with relevant media that reaches and resonates with multiple stakeholders across geographies."
The ISO deal cements W2O's focus on placing science at the epicenter of its marketing platform, he added.
ISO will be rebranded as W2O iso.
W2O is O'Dwyer's No. 1 ranked healthcare PR firm with fees of $168M in 2018.
