BerlinRosen has recruited Heather Resnicoff for the senior VP-technology & innovation slot.
She joins from Rubenstein Communications, where she held the senior VP job, counseling fintech, martech, entertainment, and automotive clients during a more than eight-year run.
Resnicoff also did a nine-year run at Access Communications and a year with The Dilenschneider Group.
Dan Levitan oversees BerlinRosen's tech/innovation group, which serves clients such as Samsung, Virgin Hyperloop, General Assembly, and Sidewalk Labs.
BerlinRosen has nearly 200 staffers in New York, Washington and Los Angeles.
Laura Anderson, who rose to VP/GM of global communications and events in a nearly 20 year stint at Intel, will take on the Americas technology chair at Burson following the completion of the BCW and H+K merger on July 1.
