Former TBWAWorldwide global head of communications Marianne Stefanowicz is rejoining the Omincom Group company in the newly created role of chief communications officer at TBWAMedia Arts Lab, its creative agency dedicated to Apple advertising.
Stefanowicz returns to TBWA from Accenture Interactive agency Droga5, where she was most recently chief communications officer. During her tenure there, she spearheaded the earned media component of campaigns for such clients as Tourism Australia and Mailchimp.
Before coming to Droga5, she was at TBWAWorldwide for eight years, ultimately leading public relations for the global collective.
In her new post, Stefanowicz will be responsible for all internal and external communications, with an emphasis on global integration across the agency's seven offices. She will report directly to TBWAMedia Arts Lab global president Katrien De Bauw in its Los Angeles headquarters.
“The addition of this role underscores our commitment to making simple, iconic work that impacts culture,” said De Bauw.
