Diffusion has been AOR for BlockFi, a company that develops traditional financial products for cryptocurrencies. The agency is responsible for all corporate and consumer media relations as it works with BlockFi to raise awareness of the company among cryptocurrency advocates and consumers. Diffusion will also help BlockFi launch a new slate of consumer products, as well as develop a thought leadership platform leveraging a data-driven campaign of commissioned research reports. BlockFi, which has secured institutional investment from the likes of Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital, Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures and Avon Ventures, serves customers worldwide, including 47 U.S. states, with interest-earning accounts and low-cost loans secured with crypto.

Airfoil Communications has been retained by EOS North America, a leader in industrial 3D printing technology, materials, and applied engineering. The agency will work with EOS to develop and execute strategic media relations and marketing communications initiatives to drive increased brand awareness for its products and services in such market sectors as medical, aerospace and automotive. Airfoil’s scope of work will include messaging and content development, media relations management and execution, tradeshow support, creative services and other strategic marketing communications activities. Founded in Germany in 1989, EOS opened its first U.S.-based operation in Novi, Mich., in 2001 and now has operations throughout North America.

Cindy Riccio Communications has been selected as agency of record for Veronica Sheaffer’s Ready-to-Wear collection launch. Sheaffer will be appearing on season 18 of the Bravo reality show “Project Runway,” and that appearance will be part of an effort to boost her brand’s exposure as she kicks off the new collection. “With our heritage in fashion, CRC is perfectly poised to usher Veronica Sheaffer through her first foray into ready-to-wear,” said Cindy Riccio, President and Founder of CRC. Toronto-based Strategic Objectives, is partnering with VStar Entertainment Group to launch four family-focused shows in the Canadian market in 2019 and 2020: Trolls LIVE!, Nick Jr Live!, PAW Patrol Live! “Race to the Rescue” and PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure”. The campaign includes extensive national and regional media and influencer relations to build awareness of the shows across the country and drive ticket sales. Strategic Objectives is also developing and executing a year-long, national media relations program for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and has also added Japanese retailer MUJI and online delivery brand foodora to its client roster.
