Former Publicis Groupe Greater China managing director Justin Low is joining Omincom Media Group as chief communications officer for APAC, a newly created role.
Low previously served in positions including vice president, global director of communications & brand marketing at Spark Foundry (a unit of Publicis) and head of pubic relations & social media at Expedia. He has also been a PR manager at both Young & Rubicam and Grayling Public Relations.
In his new position at OMG, Low’s responsibilities will include working to elevate the network’s brand reputation, narrative and profile, as well as developing and implementing communication and marketing initiatives across its markets. He will be based in Shanghai, reporting to OMG’s CEO for APAC, Tony Harradine.
Harradine said that Low’s “extensive experience and strategic mindset” will aid the firm in articulating “a consistent brand voice internally and externally.”
