GAMCO Investors, Inc. has brought on Jennifer Schlueter as chief communications officer, effective immediately. Most recently, Schlueter was director of corporate communications at CFA Institute for Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. She has also served as financial communications practice head for Kreab Gavin Anderson and director, corporate communications at Clearwater Capital Partners, a multi-strategy private equity firm. In her new post, Schlueter will oversee investor relations and external communications, with a focus on social media, the Gabelli ESG Fund, convertible portfolio capabilities and the closed end fund group.

Ingredion, a global provider of food ingredient solutions, has hired Tiffany Willis as vice president, investor relations and corporate communications officer. Willis joins the Company from Fiserv, where she was vice president, investor relations. Prior to Fiserv, she was managing consultant, business improvement at Time Warner. At Ingredion, Willis will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing an investor communications strategy and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community. Her team will provide corporate communications support and work to advance the company’s profile.

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has named Scott Wilson vice president of corporate communications and community relations. Wilson served in multiple communications roles with BlueCross from 2002 to 2009 and returned in 2018 as director of community relations and the BlueCross Foundation. Before rejoining BlueCross, he was head of communications at Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations. At Volkswagen, he also served as director of media relations for manufacturing in the U.S. and led the implementation of the company’s corporate charitable giving portfolio. In his new position, Wilson will lead the BlueCross corporate communications team and will continue to oversee its community relations team.
