Hendren was most recently the founder of market strategy firm The TGDL Group. He previously served as CCO and senior advisor at data science platform Quovo and CEO at Kurtosys Systems. The Washington-based firm also upped managing director Aubrey Quinn to partner. Karasek comes to H+K from McKinsey & Company, where he managed business planning and growth-focused engagements with corporate and public sector clients. He has advised companies in such industries as finance, biotech, consumer goods and technology, while partnering with strategy, corporate finance, sales and marketing and transformation business functions in both the Americas and Europe.
