The New York Urban League, which is celebrating its centennial, today named Finn Partners a champion of diversity at its 17th annual awards breakfast.
The NYUL honored Finn Partners for its efforts across recruitment & retention, education, scholarship & mentorship and thought leadership activities.

Arva Rice, president/CEO of the NYUL, said Finn Partners was the unanimous choice of the awards review committee. She praised the shop for helping to drive the conversation around D&I in the PR business into action with tangible results.
“Recognizing there is more to be done, we created the Actions Speak Louder program not only to increase diversity year-over-year, but also to foster an environment of inclusion, respect and collaboration across the firm’s global network of 700 employees,” said Peter Finn.
