Chirp, an integrated marketing, communications, PR and digital agency, has appointed Marisa Puthoff to partner, client success. Marisa joins Chirp from Edelman, where she was an executive VP and client strategist for the South region, most recently serving as client relationship manager for Bridgestone Americas and CKE Restaurants. She has also served on Edelman’s business marketing US leadership team. At Chirp, Puthoff will work to ensure a client-centric approach across the business. Chirp managing partner says that Puthoff’s hire is part of the agency’s drive to bring on “multi-dimensional, senior marketing talent to enhance client success and deliver results that matter.”

Move, Inc., a News Corp company that operates realtor.com and other real estate industry services and brands, has brought on Hani Durzy as VP-communications. Durzy joins Move from Samsung NEXT, the company’s innovation group, where he served as vice president/head of marketing & communications. He was previously vice president, strategic communications at Pandora and senior director corporate communications at LinkedIn. In his new post, Durzy is responsible for all elements of Move, Inc.’s communications, internally and externally.

IMAX Corporation has appointed Brett Harriss as senior VP of investor relations. Harriss joins IMAX from GAMCO Investors, where he was a senior VP, covering the media and entertainment industry, including eight years covering IMAX. He has also served as director of research for Gabelli’s sell-side research department, and acted as portfolio manager of the Gabelli Global Content & Connectivity Fund. In his new role, Harriss will oversee the Company’s global investor relations strategy and serve as its lead with the investment community. He'll be based in the company’s New York office.
