Amy Scissons has joined Russell Reynolds Assocs. as chief marketing and communications officer.
She joins the leadership advisory and search firm from management consultant firm Mercer, where she served as chief marketing officer for its international region, leading marketing operations in more than 100 cities and 41 countries.
Earlier, Scissons was global marketing leader at Moody’s Analytics.
RRA CEO Clarke Murphy said Scissons' experience leading across multiple industries and geographies aligns perfectly with the firm.
He also lauded Scissons' "exceptional record of success in leveraging digital and traditional platforms to support business growth objectives."
