Schnuck Markets has hired Bill Bradley as chief marketing and communications officer. Bradley comes to St Louis-based Schnuck after almost three decades at Anheuser-Busch, where he most recently served as vice president, community affairs. Before that, he was senior director of corporate social responsibility and previously held key positions in brand and special event marketing. In his new post, Bradley will lead the company’s newly merged marketing, communications and customer insights team. “We know customers are determining where they shop based on their emotional connection to retailers,” said Schnuck president and chief operating officer David Peacock. “Bill’s expertise and leadership is paramount as we leverage these core areas.”

RLM Public Relations has named Jon Lindsay Phillips chief operating officer. Phillips was previously the firm’s executive director. Before coming to RLM, he was co-founder and comms director for North Carolina Music Love Army, a nonprofit organization that fought against voter suppression in the Tarheel State. He has also served as a human resources analyst at Bank of America. In his new post, Phillips will work to grow RLM’s portfolio of clients in such sectors as alternative wellness, gaming, blockchain, machine learning and AI, cyber, fintech, cloud/infrastructure and cannabis/CBD. “Jon has been the catalyst to fully imagining RLM’s comms, content, digital, IR, and influencer programs,” said RLM chief executive officer and president Richard Laermer.

Montage Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jennifer Chiesa director of public relations at Montage Healdsburg, which is opening this fall in Northern California’s wine country. Chiesa comes to Montage Healdsburg from Meadowood Napa Valley in St. Helena, Calif. where she most recently held the role of director of public relations. She has also led public relations efforts for The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and The Ritz-Carlton, Huntington Hotel & Spa in Pasadena, and worked as a public relations officer with Singapore Airlines. At Montage, Chiesa will oversee the public relations efforts for Montage Healdsburg’s opening. “With deep experience in California wine country in addition to her work with top luxury hotel brands, Jennifer is well poised to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact,” said Montage Healdsburg general manager Allen Highfield.
