McCann Health has brought on Burson Cohn & Wolfe's global president of brand solutions Jim Joseph as president, North America. Joseph played a major role in the merger of Cohn & Wolfe and Burson Marsteller in 2018. Before joining BCW, he served as president and partner at Lippe Taylor and managing director at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. With the move to McCann, Joseph resigned as chair of the PR Council. In his new post, Joseph will oversee McCann Health’s advertising and promotion agencies in the U.S. and Canada. Joseph replaces Amar Urhekar, who left the post last October. Since then, global chief operating officer Linda Szyper has filled the role on an interim basis.

Evoke KYNE has promoted Dante DelVecchio to senior vice president. DelVecchio has been with the agency since 2010, most recently serving as vice president. He will be a member of the firm’s senior management team, and will continue to oversee key client engagements in infectious diseases, vaccines and immuno-oncology. “As part of this new position, Dante will take on a greater role in business development and in driving company thought leadership,” said Evoke KYNE managing director, Philadelphia, Stephanie DeViteri. The agency has also hired Molly Grodin, who was previously director of strategic communications for the Population Council, as a vice president in its New York office, and has promoted Silje Lier to vice president, social strategy and Christy Loringer to vice president.

Caliber Corporate Advisers has hired fintech analyst Lindsay Davis as director of intelligence. Davis will lead Caliber Intelligence, the company’s new consultancy division. She most recently served as senior intelligence analyst at CB Insights. Before that, she was a risk and control advisor at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. At Caliber, Davis will publish independent industry studies and analysis on an ongoing basis. Caliber Intelligence offers custom reporting in such areas as market capabilities analysis, customer profile discovery, product roadmap advisory, growth and customer acquisition strategies and key performance indicator development.
