PAN Communications has been engaged by Austin-based identity management company SailPoint to help accelerate the company’s media relations strategy and boost its brand narrative through content marketing, executive thought leadership, social and influencer strategy, and a strong measurement program. PAN vice president David Bowker will oversee the partnership. Powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, SailPoint’s platform is designed to deliver adaptive security, continuous compliance and improved business efficiency. “From the very beginning of our search, PAN stood out largely due to their media savvy and extensive media relationships, plus their data-driven approach to integrated marketing programs,” said SailPoint senior director, corporate communications Jessica Sutera.

Brightspot

Hotwire has been named agency of record for enterprise technology company Brightspot, which was formerly known as Perfect Sense. The agency was tasked with developing messaging for the company’s rebrand, and will continue to support Brightspot’s marketing strategy through demand generation, content and media relations. The Brightspot account is being led by Marcy Massura, who has joined Hotwire as EVP, marketing consulting services. Massura will also serve as Brightspot’s advising CMO. “Having a strategic partner like Hotwire to advise and deliver across the entire marketing stack has been critical as we establish our new brand and communicate the value Brightspot brings to our current and future customers,” said Brightspot CEO David A. Gang.

Hattiesburg

Lou Hammond Group has added several clients to its travel/real estate and tech client rosters. LHG has been engaged to provide public relations/corporate communications, strategic planning, creative services and digital marketing for Visit Hattiesburg; the Grand Hyatt Vail; Sweetgrass Inn, a new hotel opening in Isle of Palms, SC, in spring 2021; and East West Partners, a real estate development firm launching two residential properties in the Charleston, SC area. LHG’s new tech clients include web-based content management system Mura and NearShore Technology, an IT project development and team enhancement service provider.
