Peppercomm picks Stephen Corsi as chief digital officer and senior partner. Corsi most recently served as executive vice president at Method Communications. He was previously an executive vice president at Lewis Global Communications and vice president, managing director at digital marketing agency iCrossing. Corsi’s primary role at Peppercomm will be leading and growing the firm's digital marketing communications services, including social media marketing and paid search, SEO, web design and development, and video and creative services. "Bringing in Stephen is the next step in our evolution as a strategic consultancy built specifically to solve business challenges for our clients,” said Peppercomm CEO Steve Cody, who called Corsi “a proven digital leader… with a unique skill set and deep industry experience working at public relations firms to help expand their digital capabilities and train their employees."

BCW names Patricia Enright chief people officer, effective October 26. Enright was most recently chief talent officer at Concentric Health Experience. She was previously chief talent officer at Publicis, and has served as executive vice president, human resources worldwide at DMB&B and senior partner, director of human resources, global, for Ogilvy & Mather. At BCW, Enright will oversee all aspects of the people's function, from culture, diversity and inclusion to talent acquisition, development and retention, as well as training and coaching initiatives. “Patty is a consummate people leader, whose experience across disciplines will help us source a broad range of talent skilled in earned media, digital, data analytics and creative to ensure powerful integrated client work that really moves people,” said BCW global CEO Donna Imperato. In addition, Kelly Yeager has joined BCW from Ditech Holding Corporation, and will serve as chief of staff to Imperato.

R&CPMK has hired Marissa Wallace as group director, multicultural communications and marketing. Wallace joins R&CPMK from MWWPR, where she led multicultural communications efforts for Fortune 500 brands across a series of high-profile campaigns, integrated programs and strategies. In her new post, Wallace will help manage multicultural communications strategy and public relations campaigns, as well as executing strategies, initiatives, partnerships, and programs designed to further client communications and marketing to general and multicultural audiences. The agency has also named Erica Mapa vice president, brand strategy and thought leadership, and Rich George vice president, digital entertainment and gaming. Mapa comes to R&CPMK from M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, where she served as vice president. George was previously vice president and director or product PR and gaming at Golin. “Erica, Rich and Marissa are proven leaders, who bring a compounding wealth of knowledge to our agency, and will no doubt further enhance the forward-thinking and award-winning work we do for our clients,” said R&CPMK president of brands Shirley Hughes.
