Lumina Communications has named Fay Li vice president and practice director. Li previously served as account director at Fenton and content strategy & partnerships lead at Haystack TV. She has represented clients from a broad range of sectors including infrastructure management, professional services, technology and healthcare. In her new position, Li will provide leadership for Lumina’s Infrastructure practice and advise on media strategy and execution across accounts. She will also lead the agency’s broadcast practice.
