Grady previously served as social media director at soccer brand COPA90, and he has worked with Laundry Service and We Are Social. Based in New York, Grady will lead a team of specialists across the US to develop and deliver content and publishing strategies and solutions for a wide range of clients. “Mike’s rich experience across a broad spectrum of industries is the ideal mix, since we collaborate with clients across all of H+K’s sectors” said H+K global head of content + publishing Vikki Chowney. “He has an integrated, insight-driven and editorial eye which fits directly with our approach.”
Lumina Communications has named Fay Li vice president and practice director. Li previously served as account director at Fenton and content strategy & partnerships lead at Haystack TV. She has represented clients from a broad range of sectors including infrastructure management, professional services, technology and healthcare. In her new position, Li will provide leadership for Lumina’s Infrastructure practice and advise on media strategy and execution across accounts. She will also lead the agency’s broadcast practice. Lumina has also promoted Dex Polzzi from senior account director to vice president.

SalientMG, a strategic marketing firm that specializes in go-to-market strategies and executive visibility programs for technology companies, has appointed Michelle Mellon director of content. Since 2002, Mallon has worked as a writing and editing consultant and has also served as a content lead in several in-house positions. Prior to SalientMG, her most recent full-time position was with the process mining software unicorn, Celonis, in Munich, Germany, where she served as the English-language marketing content lead and chief editor of the corporate blog. In her new role, Mallon will lead the development and execution of SalientMG’s clients’ content strategy and planning, as well as lead all editorial oversight, thought leadership and research programs.
