Crosby Marketing Communications has hired Edelman vet Megan Humphries as an executive VP.
Humphries comes to Crosby from the University of Vermont Health Network, where she served as director of communications strategy for its six hospitals and home health agency in Vermont and northern New York.
She previously led several practice areas within Edelman’s Washington, D.C. office, including healthcare, energy, technology and government. As leader of Edelman’s government services team, she provided strategic oversight for multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with the Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Defense and Department of Energy.
At Crosby, Humphries will lead teams to develop campaign strategy, messaging, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement programs on behalf of health organizations, nonprofits and federal agencies.
