Jerome Murray, a Capitol Hill veteran who most recently served as policy director at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, has joined Ogilvy Government Relations.
As former chief of staff for Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-USVI) and legislative director for GK Butterfield (D-NC), Murray forged relationships with members and staffers on the Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Oversight and Reform committees and the Congressional Black Caucus.
He also did stints as US policy & government relations director at Merck and senior manager at the National Basketball Assn.
“As Washington braces for another two years of divided government and major challenges on the horizon, Jerome is a superb and timely addition for our bipartisan team approach,” said Chris Giblin, Ogilvy principal.
