Larry Yu, who did a nearly five-year stint as Facebook’s director of corporate communications, has joined Brunswick in San Francisco as a partner focused on technology clients and issues.
Most recently handling marketing communications duties at venture capital firm Accel, Yu also held posts at Pramana Collective (partner), Google (senior manager product communications for Google Earth and Maps), MWWPR (group VP) and Cisco (manager, executive communications).
Ash Spiegelberg, Brunswick’s SF office head, called Yu “an outstanding operator” who brings a “strong network and seasoned perspective that will be hugely additive to our team and our clients.”
