L’Oréal recruits Blanca Juti as chief communications & public affairs officer. Juti joins L’Oréal from Heineken, where she was chief corporate affairs officer. She has also served as chief brand officer at Rovio Entertainment and vice president of marketing at Nokia. Earlier in her career, Juti spent five years working as the cultural attaché for the Mexican Embassy in Finland. At L’Oréal, she succeeds Lucia Dumas, who had held the position since January 2018. She will relocate to France and assume her new position in April.

360PR+ hires George Snell head of content innovation and integration. Snell was previously general manager and executive producer at Matter, where he launched the agency’s strategic content unit. Before that, he was executive vice president, integrated media strategy at Weber Shandwick, co-founding its GoLive broadcast unit and overseeing development of digital and social media strategy, content creation and distribution. At 360PR+, Snell will lead the agency’s team of content creators and digital strategists and collaborate with client teams across the organization. “George knows that a good story knows no boundaries today and he brings expertise in developing and distributing stories in ways that maximize reach and engagement,” said 360PR+ CEO Laura Tomasetti.

The Pollack Group adds Alex Nathanson as technology practice lead. Nathanson was previously corporate marketing brand manager at Rain Bird Corporation, an irrigation and water management company, where he led key marketing communications, online advertising, brand strategy, data privacy, social media, global website development and e-commerce programs. Before that, he held senior-level positions at Lantronix, a networking and IoT-enabling technology company, and Epson America. At Pollock, Nathanson will head up a team focused on such tech sectors as cybersecurity, high-performance storage, networking, digital commerce and mobile communications. “Alex will help accelerate the agency’s expansion efforts, while also putting our already diverse PR and marketing service offerings to work in a new sector for the agency,” said TPG chief executive officer Noemi Pollack.
