Zapwater Communications has been retained to provide strategic communications support for Foodhaul, a technology platform that partners with chefs to create menus for delivery-only restaurant brands. Zapwater is working to introduce consumers to the brand and says it plans to announce several company updated in the near future. Foodhaul licenses its meal concepts to third-party kitchens and hospitality groups, which can use their existing, underutilized assets and staff to generate new revenues. Available to consumers to order via such delivery platforms as DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats, Foodhaul is currently operating in the Chicago metro area and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs, including Northwest Indiana, as well as Milwaukee.
Bullfrog + Baum signs on with Margaritaville Resort Times Square as public relations agency of record. Bullfrog + Baum will work with the resort to develop and execute national, regional and local media relations campaigns, strategic brand partnerships, creative programming and high-profile events for its late spring 2021 opening.
