Marci Grossman has joined Indiana Michigan Power as director of communications.
She has more than 25 years of communications experience at Florida Power and Light, Green Mountain Energy Co., People Gas and North Shore Gas, Ameritech and Dell Technologies.
At I&M, Grossman will handle PR strategy, media relations, and internal/external communications as the company transitions to a greener future.
Toby Thomas, I&M president/COO, said Grossman’s expertise “will be critical to our long-term strategic vision to serve and communicate with our customers on ways they can save energy, stay informed and be an engaged partner in the delivery of energy to their home or business.”
Based in Fort Wayne, I&M serves about 600K customers. It is a unit of American Electric Power.
