Butler Associates wins Kinder Institute for Urban Research, an academic think tank at Houston's Rice University, to lead a communications and public awareness campaign for the Institute’s recent national infrastructure study and analysis, covering some 1,800 projects across the nation. From this research, it identified the pressing challenges facing the country — recovery from the pandemic, racial inequity and economic mobility, regional dispersal of opportunity, economic competitiveness, digital equity and climate change — and how infrastructure is at least part of the means to address each one.
