Franco, a Detroit-based integrated communications agency, promotes Tina Kozak to chief executive officer and Tina Benvenuti Sullivan to president and chief operating officer. Kozak was previously Franco’s president and Benvenuti Sullivan was executive vice president and chief operating officer. Kozak joined the firm in 2007, and before that, she was global communications manager at auto supplier Metaldyne Corp. She succeeds Dan Ponder, who has held the chief executive role since 1996. Before joining Franco in 2011, Benvenuti Sullivan was corporate communications manager for Chrysler Group, LLC.

Konnect Agency promotes Amanda Bialek to president. Bialek, who has been with the agency since 2014, most recently served as executive vice president. Before coming to Konnect, she was group manager at Rogers & Cowan and an account executive at 5W Public Relations. Together with agency CEO Sabina Gault, Bialek will work to guide agency development, fuel growth and expand services to connect clients to customers. "She has been instrumental in our agency's growth, pivots, and successes over the years, and she is the perfect person to lead us through the next chapter of our agency story as digital marketing specialists," said Gault.

Evoke KYNE ups Michael Grela to executive vice president, head of reputation and social impact, a newly established role. Grela was previously senior vice president, head of marketing at the agency. Prior to joining Evoke KYNE in 2013, he was an account supervisor at Hill + Knowlton Strategies. He also serves as a vice president at the nonprofit Society for Health Communication. In his new role, Grela will focus on global social impact client engagements and work with leadership to grow this area of the business, serving as the agency’s in-house specialist. He will also be responsible for evolving and shaping the agency’s own reputation-driving initiatives. “Michael’s appointment reflects his significant contributions to the agency over the past decade and our commitment to creating lasting change in communities around the world,” said Evoke KYNE CEO David Kyne.

Reprise, IPG’s global performance marketing agency, appoints Vincent Spruyt as global chief AI officer. Spruyt comes to Reprise from AI startup Sentiance, where he was chief innovation officer. While at Sentiance, he was a recipient of the MIT Technology Review “35 Innovators Under 35” award. In his new post, Spruyt will lead Reprise’s newly formed Artificial Intelligence group as well as the agency’s established team of analytics experts. “The marketing industry is poised for an AI revolution,” said Reprise global CEO Dimitri Maex. “We are thrilled to bring Vincent onboard as a visionary leader who can help position Reprise and our agency network at the forefront of this change.”
