Sonoma County Seeks PR to Save Russian River

Sonoma County, California Sonoma County seeks a PR partner to develop a campaign to promote conscious environmental stewardship of the 110-mile Russian River, which generates $2B in tourism dollars to the local economy, but is threatened by pollution and thoughtless overuse.
