The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired veteran NFL communications exec Amy Palcic to lead their communications team.
Palcic has previously served as both vice president of communications for the Houston Texans and director of communications for the Cleveland Browns.
When she joined the Texans in 2013, Palcic was the first woman to head an NFL team’s PR unit. Her PR staff at the Texans won the Pete Rozelle Award, awarded to the NFL’s best PR operation, in 2017.
According to the Jaguars, Edwards’ new role “will focus on building alliances, programs, brands and more that will illuminate and market the history, alumni and colorful moments of the Jacksonville Jaguars.”
