Taft Communications names Ted Deutsch chief executive officer. Deutsch has served as president of the firm since 2014, and has been a minority owner since 2018. As well as taking on the CEO role, he is now majority owner of the firm. Before coming to Taft, he was VP of communications & PA at Sandoz and Avis-Budget Group. “Ted has led the threefold growth of our Taft Communications business and we are thrilled about the continued vitality of the firm under his leadership,” said Taft co-founder Pete Taft.

Bospar brings on Greg Sandoval as content manager. Sandoval was previously a senior reporter at Business Insider, and he has also worked as a reporter and writer for online and print platforms including CNET, The Verge, CBS, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times, covering a variety of tech-related topics. His hiring follows the arrival at the firm of Racquel Yerbury as content & research director. Yerbury previously worked at cloud security company Fugue and ran her own content firm in the greater Washington, D.C., area. “Adding Greg and Racquel to the content team is critical to sustaining our growth," said Bospar chief content officer Tricia Heinrich.
