Ketchum is working with Discover Puerto Rico, which promotes travel to the island, on a March 31 virtual panel bringing together leaders in travel and tourism to look at what the lessons in recovery learned from past crises can teach the industry about negotiating the post-COVID travel landscape. Professionals from Marriott International, Destinations International, Cruise Lines International Association and Puerto Rico’s Central Office of Reconstruction, Recovery & Resiliency will talk about how the island’s responses to hurricanes, political unrest and earthquakes can help shape strategies for handling the current crisis and preparing for future adversity.
