Reevemark is retained by New York-based financial services company HC2 Holdings, which is led by CEO Wayne Barr Jr. Reevemark will be responsible for leading the company’s global public relations. HC2’s recent transactions includes the sale of a nearly $100M insurance business, the $169M sale of clean energy business Beyond6, the $145m acquisition of the Banker Steel family of companies by HC2 infrastructure subsidiary DBM Global and the $35 million sale of four TV stations by broadcasting subsidiary HC2 Broadcasting. BackBay Communications is named U.S. agency of record for HAWK:AI, which offers real-time transaction screening and monitoring solutions for financial institutions. The agency will develop and deploy an integrated public relations and thought leadership program to highlight HAWK:AI and its anti-money-laundering and anti-financial-crime solutions. Brandman

The Brandman Agency is engaged as agency of record for The St. Regis Bermuda Resort. Brandman will handle North American media relations for the property. Set to open in May, The St. Regis Bermuda Resort will be the first Marriott International resort in Bermuda in more than 20 years.
