MikeWorldWide has acquired London’s Chameleon technology & B2B firm, a move that gives the former MWWPR about 30 tech, content and digital services pros in the UK.
Chameleon chief Tom Buttle becomes president/managing director of MWW UK.
Michael Kempner, founder/CEO of MWW, said Chameleon has forged “an impressive reputation on insights, measurement, and creating sophisticated solutions to challenging assignments.”
The firm’s “confident, smart and when needed, scrappy” attitude complements MWW’s UK team, he added.

Berry plans to step down from the firm after a six-month transition period to continue his career as teacher and advisor to social enterprises.
