Stratacomm hires Francine Housier as director of people and culture, a newly-created role. Housier was most recently human resources director and chief of staff at environmental non-profit Baltimore Blue Water. She previously worked in human resources for Johns Hopkins University, the Nature Conservancy and led her own consultancy. At Stratacomm, she will be responsible for supporting employees, leading recruitment, training and compliance, and crafting and maintaining policies and programs to support the agency overall.

In addition, CGPR, FWV’s Greater Boston office, has brought on National Diamond Council head of strategic partnerships & experiential marketing Brooke Goodwin-Fullerton as a VP, and named Tracy Wood controller.

Infinite Global brings on Ivette Delgado as an associate VP D.C. Delgado joins Infinite Global from Am Law 100 legal firm BakerHostetler, where she was senior public relations manager. She previously held communications roles in New York at plaintiffs litigation firm Labaton Sucharow, as well as international, full-service firms Seyfarth Shaw and Hogan Lovells. At Infinite Global, Delgado will counsel agency leadership, subject matter experts, business development teams and marketing departments on firmwide and practice-specific PR campaigns. MERGE names Nick Jones chief client officer and a member of the company’s executive committee. Jones comes to the agency from Geometry, where he served as chief growth officer, leading strategic growth and business development for North America. He was previously an executive vice president at Arc Worldwide. In his new role, Jones will lead MERGE’s organic growth initiatives and will play an integral part in establishing best practices for direct client communication. “Nick’s experience in commerce is unmatched in the industry. He has been a visionary about the future of retail and the innovative use of technology both online and on-premise,” says MERGE chief executive officer Patrick Venetucci.
