LRXD appoints Kimberly Bates, chief marketing officer and chief futurist. Bates comes to LRXD from Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve, where she was Chief Futurist. She has also served as head of strategic planning at INNOCEAN USA. In her new position, Bates is tasked with developing LXRD’s industry presence and thought leadership content as well as working with the agency’s teams and clients. "What she brings as a strategic marketer and with the expertise in futurism will help us broaden the definition of our agency as one of the most forward-thinking available to brands,” said LRXD CEO Kelly Reedy.

Allen & Gerritsen promotes Jason Lewis to senior vice president of public relations and practice lead for both Boston and Philadelphia. Lewis previously led A&G’s Philadelphia public relations practice as vice president. Before coming to A&G, has was corporate and regional media relations manager at AmeriHealth Caritas and served as communications manager for the Office of the Minority Whip for the City of Philadelphia. In his new role, Lewis continues to lead the department’s growth across PR, social media, brand reputation, and executive counsel, as well as overseeing all agency external communications. The agency has also promoted Eva Wasko from director of public relations to vice president of public relations, reporting to Lewis.
