CMW Media, a San Diego-headquartered marcom agency, names Jon Lindsay Phillips chief growth officer. Phillips comes to CMW from RLM PR, where he most recently served as chief operating officer. At CMW, Phillips will work to generate near-term growth for its core business divisions, which include design, digital and investor relations teams as well as its PR group. CMW CEO Kyle Porter said that Phillips has “a singular talent for stacking rosters with global clients, leading rapidly erupting spaces, and assembling whip smart teams to service that business at the highest levels over the long haul.”

Crowe, a Chicago-based accounting firm, Chris Goodman as chief marketing officer. Goodman was previously CMO at KPMG US, leading the firm’s marketing practice and overseeing brand building. He has also served as CMO at Accenture and executive vice president and global managing partner at Young & Rubicam. Goodman will join the executive team of Mark Baer, who became Crowe CEO earlier this year. "His proven track record, strategic vision, and global mindset will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals while living our values,” said Baer.

Reltio, provider of a cloud-native master data management SaaS platform, brings on David Kirven as chief marketing officer. Kirven was previously at GoDaddy, where he served as a senior vice president and general manager for a new communications product line. He has also led marketing for Citrix’s SaaS Division, and was vice president of marketing and sales at Intuit. At Reltio, Kirven leads the company’s corporate marketing, demand generation and product marketing functions. “David has diverse B2B, B2C, and B2B2C experience which he’ll use to craft creative advertising and marketing that will set Reltio apart to raise awareness and generate brand preference and purchase,” said Reltio chief executive officer Chris Hylen.
