Accenture promotes Jill Kramer to chief marketing & communications officer, effective June 1. She will also become a member of the company’s global management committee. Kramer has been with Accenture since 2016, most recently serving as senior managing director, global brand. She has served as an executive VP at BBDO and a vice president at DDB. Kramer succeeds Amy Fuller, who will retire from the company at the end of the fiscal year, Aug. 31. Kramer “has been pivotal in driving the success of our brand launch,” said Accenture CEO Julie Sweet. “I know her unique ability to focus on what is most needed to drive our business forward and support our people will take our marketing and communications to the next level of growth and performance.”

Marketing agency Known appoints Sarah Broderick as chief financial officer. Broderick previously, served as chief operating officer, CFO, and a member of the board of directors of VICE Media. She has also served as senior vice presuident at NBCUniversal, playing a leadership role in the spinoff of NBCUniversal from General Electric. In her new role, Broderick will oversee finance, accounting and investor relations for Known. As a member of the agency’s corporate leadership team, she will help guide and support the company’s strategic growth. “Sarah brings decades of experience in leadership roles with a proven track record in building world class financial organizations, scaling global operations, leading complex teams and driving growth" said Known president and COO Jeff Kingskey.

UI Global Brands names Maya Brown chief marketing officer. Brown was previously founder and chief strategist of branding and strategy agency Maze Mktg. She has also served as vice president, marketing at Mana Products, group account director at Warner Music Group and director, integrated marketing at L’Oreal USA Inc. At UI Global, Brown will lead brand strategy and marketing planning, as well as helping to drive the brand’s transformation and next level of growth. “She has a strong track record of successfully building brands, deepening customer engagement, and growing revenue across a multitude of brands,” said UI Global Brands CEO Psychelia Terry.
