Golin appoints Jaimee Reggio managing director of U.S. healthcare. Reggio, who has been with the firm since 2009, most recently served as lead of the agency’s Chicago healthcare practice. Before coming to Golin, she worked at both ChandlerGroup and Edelman. In her new position, Reggio will focus on operationalizing client delivery and service as well as fostering and building a team that expands the agency’s speciality capabilities. She will be based in Chicago. “Jaimee’s proven management over our blue chip client roster, mixed with her ability to be nimble in a constantly evolving healthcare space, make her an exceptional leader to drive Golin into the future,” said Golin CEO Matt Neale. Golin has also brought on Elizabeth Fisher-Au from fellow IPG DXTRA agency WeberShandwick to be executive vice president, healthcare.

Involve adds Kim Markus to its management team as executive VP of PR. Markus joins Involve from Bob Evans Farms, where she served as senior integrated marketing program manager. She has also held marketing positions with Red Roof Inns and Scotts Miracle-Gro. Her specialties include event management, integrated marketing, sponsorship activation, media relations, crisis communications, and influencer relations. “Kim is an incredible thought leader who will help build our agency brand, culture and strategy,” said Involve founder and president Craig Lerner.

JBC promotes Libbey Baumgarten to executive VP, overseeing its New York and Los Angeles locations, and Ilana Rubin Dvir to senior VP, heading up the agency’s lifestyle, home and food & beverage divisions. Baumgarten was previously senior vice president at JBC and has been with the agency since 2015. “Her leadership skills make her invaluable to us and she continues to challenge us to be our most strategic, creative thinkers,” said JBC founder Jennifer Bett Meyer.
