Bellmont Partners adds Maureen Cahill and Bridget Nelson Monroe as partners. Cahill has been collaborating with the agency since 2008 and has spent the last year working as a contractor on numerous client projects. A former assignment manager at Twin Cities ABC affiliate KSTP-TV, she has also been director of PR at the Mall of America and co-founder of PR firm McFarland Cahill. “Her deep PR experience and top-notch local and national media relations expertise significantly strengthens the value we’re providing to our client,” said Bellmont Partner COO Jen Bellmont. Monroe has been with the agency since 2011 and was named vice president in 2015. She is also the leader of Bellmont’s nonprofit practice group.

Blue State brings on Alia Hassan as executive VP. Hassan rejoins the firm from SecondMuse, where she was global head of operations & people systems. Before that, she was at Blue State for a decade. In her new post, Hassan will work to optimize the agency’s offerings and delivery methodology. She also joins Blue State’s executive team, which has been restructured to more accurately represent the people who make up the agency and the clients they serve. Blue State has also hired Eric Reif as senior vice president of paid media. He was most recently managing director at eStreet Group, and before that, he oversaw paid media on the Elizabeth Warren 2020 presidential campaign.

She previously was previously vice president of finance at DiD Agency and has held executive posts at Digitas Health and Arthur Andersen. In her new position, Landau will oversee all agency financial functions and serve as a key member of the executive team. “Nicole’s background in financial leadership and operations was a perfect fit for us,” said LevLane SVP brand engagement Josh Lev.
