Kekst CNC works EQT private equity firm’s $9.6B sale of its Aldevron plasma DNA unit to Danaher Corp.
Based in Fargo, ND, Aldevron’s proteins are used in vaccines, gene and cell therapy, gene editing and diagnostic applications. Its products played a key role in developing COVID-19 vaccines.
