M&T Bank Corporation names Rubenstein alum Maya Dillon head of corporate communications, a newly created role. Dillon was previously head of corporate communications for Wilmington Trust, part of the M&T Bank family. She has also served as head of media relations, wealth management Americas at UBS and a senior vice president at Rubenstein Communications. In her new position, Dillon will lead external communications and report to chief marketing and communications officer Francesco Lagutaine. “Her expertise, keen insight and vision will help us continue to elevate our brand’s vital importance to our customers and move the institution forward,” said Lagutaine. The move comes as part of the bank’s recent strategic realignment of its internal, external and brand communications functions.

Konnect Agency promotes Tara Lopez to vice president of operations. Lopez has been with the agency since 2014, most recently serving as assistant vice president of operations, spearheading and managing all human resources operations and maintaining IT infrastructure. Before coming to Konnect, she was handled human resources and acconting processes at Miller Castings, aerospace manufacturing firm. In her new position, Lopez will continue to oversee logistics and company procedures across all existing and future agency locations, as well as increasing her role in the agency's business development practices. "Tara's decades of experience combined with her dedication to the values of collaboration and excellence that Konnect embodies, are just a few of the reasons Konnect is so lucky to have her as part of our Executive team," said Konnect president Amanda Bialek.

Ricoh North America brings on Lauren Sallata as chief marketing officer. Sallata comes to Ricoh from Panasonic North America, where she had served as CMO since 2016. She was previously vice president, business development & marketing at Xerox and senior marketing manager at Verizon Business. “Lauren brings the perfect blend of a relentless focus on customer experience with a pragmatic approach to internal collaboration, from marketing and sales, to various divisions within large complex global organizatons,” said Ricoh North America president and CEO Carsten Bruhn.
