Team One, a Publicis Groupe media, digital and communications agency, hires Prachi Priya as chief data officer. Priya joins Team One after a nearly five-year stint leading Wunderman Thompson’s data practice across three offices in California as vice president, data and analytics. Prior to that, she was director, marketing strategy and analytics at Lifetime Fitness (now Life Time, Inc.) and manager, marketing strategy and intelligence at UnitedHealthcare. In her new role, Priya will oversee Team One’s media, CRM, digital, social analytics and business outcomes teams. “She brings more than 18 years of forward-thinking, inclusive leadership, agile data innovation, and data-driven intelligence to Team One, as well as a demonstrated commitment to developing people, differentiating business strategies and sustaining customer growth,” said Team One CEO Julie Michael.

BML Public Relations hires Matt Ciesluk as senior director. Ciesluk comes to BMLPR from NASCAR, where he served as senior director, strategic media communications. He previously held leadership roles at Catalyst and Taylor Strategy, where he created and managed marketing communications programs for brands in the sports, entertainment, lifestyle and health/fitness sectors. “I look forward to the continued impact Matt’s experience will have on our clients, team and culture,” said BML president and CEO Brian M. Berlin Rosen promotes Janna Pea, Shantha Susman and Matt Tepper to executive vice president positions. Al three were previously senior vice presidents. Pea will be executive vice president of strategic campaigns. She has grown Berlin Rosen’s culture & entertainment practice to ensure historically marginalized voices are centered in mainstream media. In addition to advising leading national racial justice organizations, Pea launched the agency’s influencer engagement practice. Susman is now executive vice president of issue advocacy. Over the past seven years, she has expanded the agency’s health & human rights practice to shape communications strategies for such organizations as UNICEF, and GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders. She has also helped drive significant narrative development and positioning work. Matt Tepper becomes executive vice president of real estate & cities. At BerlinRosen, he has built media campaigns for the redevelopment of Penn Station and thousands of affordable housing units. He also worked on public affairs strategies for cultural institutions such as Lincoln Center, The Public Theater and Brooklyn Public Library.
