Ogilvy PR names Nasreen Qureshi and Natasha Flint co-heads of social + content as part of the agency’s drive to expand its capabilities in Washington D.C. Qureshi and Flint both join Ogilvy from Volkswagen of America, where Qureshi served as creative lead and Flint was strategy lead. They built and ran the company’s in-house content and social team. Earlier in her career, Qureshi served as an art director at Ogilvy, while Flint was previously associate director of strategic and digital sourcing at APCO Worldwide. “Nasreen and Natasha have an impressive track record of delivering innovative solutions for brands and their ‘borderless’ partnership will help our clients engage in exciting and new ways to meet the demands of the future,” said Ogilvy PR global CEO Julianna Richter.

The Mandarin Oriental, Boston names Courtney Forrester director of marketing. Forrester previously operated her own marketing and PR firm, CMF Communications. She has also held marketing, special events and public relations positions at PR Newswire, Winston Flowers, Boston Ballet, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. In her new post, Forrester will develop and manage all strategic marketing activities for the Mandarin Oriental, Boston. “We know her relationships within the city and beyond will make her instrumental as tourism continues to return to and grow in Boston,” said the hotel’s general manager Philipp Knuepfer.

Natalia Torres, Sam Lau

City of Hope, a cancer and diabetes research and treatment center, hires Natalia Torres as VP of brand management and Sam Lau as VP of marketing. Torres joins City of Hope after two decades at Boeing, where she led development of the company’s brand strategy and introduced a global and multilingual brand platform and advertising campaign. At City of Hope, she will oversee the building, sustaining and enhancing of City of Hope’s brand. Lau was most recently head of digital marketing/digital content strategy at Blue Shield of California. He will oversee City of Hope’s service line and clinical marketing, market intelligence and digital marketing. “Both Natalia and Sam are seasoned and inspiring leaders who will collaborate across the enterprise to promote City of Hope’s mission,” said City of Hope senior VP and chief communications and marketing officer Gulden Mesara.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment names Edelman's Jaclyn Sisbarro senior VP. Earlier, she was a VP at M Booth, and held account supervisor positions at Ketchum and Taylor. In her new post, Sisbarro will lead M&C Saatchi’s brown spirits portfolio along with some of its technology practices. The agency has also hired Tomas Seefried as a vice president. Seefried previously ran his own consultancy, de-fined, which worked with such brands as Red Bull Music, the NFL and Nike. He has also been an account director at Purple. At M&C Saatchi, he will lead some of the sport-focused accounts.
