ROKK Solutions names Genevieve Wilkins to its executive leadership team as senior vice president of creative. Wilkins was previously managing director of creative at DCI Group. She has also served as senior art director at Cushman & Wakefield and Grey Advertising. Her work has been recognized by the Communicator Awards, the Hermes Awards, and the International dotCOMM Awards, among others. As leader of ROKK’s creative team, Wilkins will work to help the firm grow its capabilities in line with her vision of a team of highly creative visual storytellers. “Genevieve’s passion for creative and its ability to drive successful client outcomes is contagious,” said ROKK co-founding partner Rodell Mollineau.

GXO Logistics, recruits Citigroup's Elizabeth Fogarty as chief communications officer. Fogarty was managing director and head of communications for the global consumer bank. Before coming to Citibank in 2004, she was assistant director of publicity at Random House. In her new position, Fogarty will be responsible for managing GXO’s global external and internal communications. “Elizabeth brings an extraordinary level of communications experience to GXO, built at one of the world’s most respected financial institutions,” said GXO chief executive officer Malcolm Wilson.

Charles Raggio |
Consequence Media, which connects brands to independent publishers in music, film, gaming and pop culture, appoints Charles Raggio as head of partnerships. Raggio has served as head of music partnerships & branded content at TuneIn Radio, and has managed brand partnerships at Pandora and MOG/Beats Music, working on campaigns for clients including Lexus, SONOS, Red Bull, Toyota, Bose, MasterCard, T-Mobile, StubHub, US Bank and Comcast. At Consequence Media, he will be responsible for advancing relationships across the entertainment ecosystem while leading brand partnerships, including sponsorship sales and marketing, branded content activations, experiential marketing, and audience development opportunities. “Over the last 20 years, Charles has established himself as a force in the partnership space, developing strategic alliances with some of the largest media companies and brands,” said Consequence Media CEO Sajan Shiva.
