FINN Partners promotes Ariane Lovell to the newly created role of partner, New York health media lead. Lovell has been with Finn since 2018, most recently serving as vice president, media relations strategist. Before that, she was senior manager, healthcare media strategist at Weber Shandwick, and has worked at 5W Public Relations and Biosector 2. Lovell is also board vice president and chair of mentorship programs at the Black Public Relations Society-New York. In her new post, she will spearhead Finn’s earned media relations offering for the New York Health group. “She understands that in order to represent a diverse society, the PR industry needs the voice of senior leaders and practitioners like her, who bring inclusion and advocacy into the industry,” said Finn Partners managing partner, global health practice leader Kristie Kuhl.

Steinreich Communications Group names Catherine Jennings managing director of its New York region and senior vice president of its lifestyle brands group. Jennings was previously a brand marketing practice director at Ketchum, working on such accounts as Procter & Gamble, Philips, Bosch, Morocco National Tourism, Hilton and Booking.com. She also served as an associate director of the digital and business technology PR practices at Cohn & Wolfe (now BCW). In her new role, she will oversee Steinreich’s home furnishings and consumer clients. She will also manage the agency’s New York regional offices and help mentor junior staff. “Her broad consumer experience will be a real asset for us as we expand into new sectors within the lifestyle brands space,” said president and CEO Stan Steinreich.

Software delivery and management platform Digital.ai names Jeff Moloughney chief marketing officer. Moloughney joins Digital.ai from ServiceNow, where he was product marketing IT solutions leader. He has also held senior marketing positions at CA Technologies, BMC, FrontRange Solutions and Oracle. Moloughney will report directly to Digital.ai CEO Stephen Elop. “Not only is he an outstanding marketing executive with a proven track record of success, his insight and knowledge of the technology industry, sales and lead generation will help us capitalize on emerging trends to further advance our strategy in support of digital transformation,” said Elop.
