Leavitt's job is a noble one, but who is financing the "Alliance" and why is there no acknowledgement of how responsibility should be assumed as between the unvaccinated and vaccinated as well as the roles of Medicare and Medicaid? The right-wing campaign against not only masking but virtually all other mandates might well be a determinant to refuse public payment for those who are in that category and come down with the covid.
