5W Public Relations names BCW's Carolina Lopez Herz SVP & GM and of its Miami office. Lopez Herz joins the agency from BCW, where she most recently served as a senior vp. In her new role, she will focus on further developing the agency's expansion throughout Miami, Florida and the Southeast region of the United States. She will also provide guidance and counsel to 5W clients. "Her deep understanding of the landscape along with her initiative makes her a fantastic fit for 5W," said 5W PR founder and CEO Ronn Torossian. 5W announced their plans to open a Miami office space in the spring of 2021.

On Hollingsworth’s staff, Shaw oversaw legislative and political operations.
