Porsche Cars North America promotes Ayesha Coker to vice president of marketing. Coker has been with Porsche since 2010, most recently serving as director, experiential marketing. Before joining Porsche, she served in various field event and marketing roles for automotive marketing companies including Merkley and Partners and GMR Marketing. In her new role, Coker oversees experiential brand marketing, strategic partnerships, sports marketing, motorsport and the Porsche Club of America in the U.S. “With over 15 years in the automotive industry—and 10 of those years dedicated to the Porsche brand—Ayesha has demonstrated that she is equipped for the task at hand,” said PCNA president and CEO Kjell Gruner.

Cerny joined the company in April 2021 as CCO and is now adding marketing to her remit. Before coming to Afiniti, she was chief communications officer at Dow Jones. She has also served as group manager, corporate affairs and communications for global online real estate advertising company REA Group and led PR for the Australian Grand Prix Corp.

Active Interest Media, which is directed at enthusiasts and professionals in the home and marine markets, names Julie Zub vice president of AIM Events and Amanda Phillips vice president of marketing. Zub, who has been at AIM sinc 2016, will work with the Marine and Home Group brand leaders including the editors, publishers and general managers, in areas including strategic planning and profit/loss management for event attendance promotion and registration, education and seminar planning, hospitality and on-site operations. Phillips was previously director of Catapult Creative Labs, AIM’s marketing services division, to Vice President of Marketing for AIM. In her new role, she will continue to provide marketing services for outside clients and direct strategic marketing and operations for AIM’s Marine and Home Groups.
