At a time governments and others are desperately trying to persuade any humans still unvaccinated against the variety of pandemic viruses, would not logic dictate a group like WHO should be devoting what resources it has to getting the most immediate challenge affecting millions done? Those who believe smokers do so but would now worry about environmental matters may be doing something themselves with smoke rings.
