United Way Worldwide hires Omoiye Kinney as chief marketing officer. Kinney was most recently senior vice president of marketing and technology at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. She was previously communications director for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services as well as a public information officer for the city. At UWW, Kinney leads brand marketing, communications, product innovation, advertising, and digital initiatives for the organization.
Ditto Public Relations hires Stan Press as chief strategist of digital and content. Press is a full-stack strategic marketer and startup advisor with expertise across the video game industry, esports space and tech brands. As part of Ditto’s digital and content team, he oversees content creation and social media strategies to increase companies’ online awareness. The agency has also added Stephen Bronner as VP of content and strategy; and Doug Hesney as SVP, leading the agency’s institutional and financial services and strategy.
McIntosh Group, a holding company that specializes in audio equipment, hires Ioan Cusmir as chief marketing officer, a newly created position at the company. Cusmir was most recently vice president of marketing and sales planning at High Liner Foods, a Canadian processor and marketer of frozen seafood. He has also served as vp of marketing at pladis Global, which owns brands such as Godiva, and at Ferrero. In his new post, Cusmir will oversee the planning, development and execution of McIntosh Group marketing and advertising initiatives throughout the company’s global offices. “The unique intersection of Ioan’s expertise in both brand building and supply chain management provides exactly the lens we need to continue our record growth,” said McIntosh Group co-CEO Jeff Poggi.
